You may have heard Food is Medicine. This course is the medical program

I don't usually process well by filling out a workbook. Having Supatra guide me through the modules and specifically telling me that she will wait until I finish added the personal touch to level up my accountability. This is a nurturing approach of how to gently elevate myself from the well-meaning misguidance on perceiving food preference.. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family.

Very informative!

Loved the content of this course! I found it very easy to navigate and the information was presented in an easy to understand format. I enjoyed learning ways to become more mindful with the worksheets so I could directly apply the concepts along the way. Learning to think new positive thoughts and incorporating mindfulness practices can heal everyone's relationship with food!

Easy, Inspiring, Supportive, and Informative.

I wasn't sure what to expect. In fact, I was a little nervous, because I do not have the discipline for a diet. But, that was part of the intrigue, redefining my eating habits. Deprogramming the concept of a diet. I appreciated connecting my knowledge of attachment theory and mindfulness eating. And, the worksheets to help me see my mindless eating habits. Thank You.

Life changing, it's the answer to diet failure!

This it it. This is the answer to years of diet failure. Dr Tovar's approach is very easy to follow and extremely informative. Mindful eating has helped me maintain healthy control of my weight. It is helping me overcome dysmorphia brought on through years of media over saturation and childhood influences. This is great for both women and men, young and old. I highly recommend this program !

Stop dieting, start living!

Deprogram Diet Culture is a user friendly platform to learn why diets don't work, how detrimental they can be to overall health, & what to do instead. Dr. Tovar is a psychologist, dietitian, & fitness trainer who breaks down the science in easy to understand language. I would feel confident in recommending this program to any of my clients who are ready to stop yo-yo dieting and focus on health.

Such a comprehensive, well thought out course! Easy to follow and just the right amount of information to be helpful, but not overwhelming.What you learn in Deprogram Diet Culture is so important and will help you creating a healthy relationship with food. Wonderful course that's easy to follow!

This course was very educational and easy to understand. I love how she broke things down in a way that felt doable and not overwhelming. The workbook is an awesome touch for people who need more interactive learning tools, as well as for people like me who like something tangible to refer to when I want to review. Loved all of it, highly recommend!
