Deprogram Diet Culture is for women and men of all ages, who have spun their wheels on an endless cycle of diet and weight gain, learn how to deprogram themselves out of diet culture and reshape their relationship to themselves and their food with our 7-step method.

We will learn exactly why diets don’t work and why we need to get off the diet hamster wheel.
We will explore how to begin to deprogram ourselves out of diet culture.
We will discover how to start to reprogram ourselves to focus on body positivity.
Module 2 – Redefine Your Ideal Food Relationship
We will examine our childhood relationship to food.
We will examine our present relationship with food.
We will learn how to stop vilifying our food.
Module 3 – Hunger & Fullness vs.
Emotional & Mindless Eating
We will rediscover our hunger and fullness cues.
We will learn to distinguish hunger and fullness from emotional and mindless eating.
We will discuss our unhealthy cravings and how they are tied to diet culture.
Module 4 – You are Your Own Worst Enemy –
How to Be Your Best Friend
We will learn how to identify our negative and unhelpful thoughts.
We will explore ow to identify better, kinder, and more helpful thoughts.
We will discover how to change our thoughts for good.
Module 5 – The Present Moment is a Gift /
What and Why Mindfulness?
Will will examine how mindfulness helps us on our journey.
We will learn how mindful eating helps us maintain a healthy weight.
We will explore how to incorporate mindful eating into our meals.
Module 6 – Tiny Steps for Success
We will learn about creating tiny behaviors and how they are the key to long lasting behavior changes.
We will discover how to attach these changes to anchor behaviors in order to make them easy to perform.
We will mark our achievements by using celebrations to reinforce our changes.
Module 7 – Adding On and Preventing Relapse
We will briefly sum up all the lessons presented.
We will learn how to add onto our tiny behaviors in order to increase our new positive habits.
We will find compassionate and helpful ways to prevent relapse.

I don't usually process well by filling out a workbook. Having Supatra guide me through the modules and specifically telling me that she will wait until I finish added the personal touch to level up my accountability.
